MELON SOUR COCKTAIL

This Melon Sour is a deliciously fruity cocktail with a zesty sourness that lets the melon flavour shine. The addition of eggwhite gives your cocktail a meringue-like top with a sweet creaminess that helps balance the tartness of the drink. 

Ingredients

  • 2-Parts Icon Liqueurs Melon Flavouring (pre-mixed)
  • 1-Part Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1 Egg White
  • Soda water
  • Ice
  • Lime wedge (garnish)

 Directions

  • Pour all ingredients into a shaker (withoutice) and shake.
  • Add ice to and shake well.
  • Strain into you preferred pre-chilled drinking vessel and garnish with lime wedge
