Hoppy Easter everybody!
Here’s a nice delicious Chocolate Liqueur for all of you to try this weekend. What you will be needing is:
- 35ml Still Spirits Top Shelf Chocolate Cream Liqueur
- 2 tsp Mascarpone Cheese
- ½ cup of double espresso coffee
- Medium-sized Chocolate Easter Egg
- Handful of ice
Once you have these ingredients (bear in mind that you have to make the Chocolate Liqueur with 40% alcohol before hand), you can start by adding the Top Shelf Chocolate Cream Liqueur, double espresso coffee and mascarpone in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Fill the martini glass with easter decoration of your choice then stand the egg on top. Use a hot knife to cut through the Easter Egg. Fill the egg with what you have just mixed in the shaker and enjoy!
